Kana Suzuki (鈴木 佳奈 Suzuki Kana) is a freshman student who works part time at the Apillio as a waitress and she later becomes a member of the Library Club.
Appearance
Kana is a short teenage girl with long blonde hair, blue eyes and she has petite figure that is often noted by other characters.
Personality
Kana is a very bright and kindhearted girl who joined the Library Club because she enjoyed doing various activities as well seeing as a way to make new friends. Kana enjoys reading and writing plays that make people laugh which she enjoys seeing as it means people are having fun. She is somewhat self-conscious about her body getting jealous of more well-endowed female characters.
History
At some point, Kana befriended a girl who was picked on but said girl left Kana when she managed to become friends with girls Kana was associated with and leave her by herself.
Kana soon got a part-time job at Appillio where she would meet Kyōtarō Kakei and Ikkei Takamine. A day later, she would join the Shiomi Happy Project as she loved doing volunteer work and this interested her. Kana would become great friends with every member in the club and would always try to make things fun. Kakei would notice that she was trying too hard and told her it was okay just being herself as that was the only thing that mattered to everyone. Taking his advice, Kana soon acted like her real self and developed a crush on Kakei for helping her truly fit in.
Kana later became close friends with fellow member Senri Misono with whom she would always be around due to thinking that since they were both being freshmen students who she believed should look out for another.
Etymology
- The name Kana means "good, beautiful" (佳) (ka) and "Nara, what" (奈) (na).
- Kana's surname Suzuki means "bell" (鈴) (suzu) and "tree, wood" (木) (ki).
Trivia
- Kana only eats meat, but she drinks vegetable drinks to make up for it.
- While Kana is in the Library club, she was given the nickname Kanasuke.
- Kana had a mild allergy to cats.
